Julia Johnson - Payroll Manager

Julia Johnson

Payroll Senior Manager

Julia is the Payroll Services Senior Manager overseeing the payroll offering in the Bristol office. With over 25 years’ experience in payroll management, she provides a tailored service to a broad range of industry sectors and business types. Julia offers both payroll advisory and compliance support to ensure clients are fully compliant with the workplace pension auto enrolment rules and GDPR legislation. Julia is also a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (CIOT).

Outside of work, Julia spends the majority of her time enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Elaine Derisz - Payroll Expert

Elaine Derisz

Payroll Administrator

Elaine has 19 years’ experience working in payroll and achieved the Tolley’s Professional Development Certificate in Payroll Administration in 2005. Elaine’s extensive background in payroll also includes using software packages such as Xero and can support clients on this platform.

Outside of work Elaine has many hobbies including watching football, going to the theatre, watching films and taking part in pub quizzes.

Truro, Cornwall

Erica Turner - Payroll Manager

Erica Turner

Payroll Manager

Erica manages the payroll offering in our Truro office, providing payroll processing services and advice to more than 200 clients. Erica has over 17 years’ experience in payroll having started at PKF Francis Clark as a trainee.

Erica prides herself on providing a high quality service and has supported staff and clients alike through significant changes in HR, taxation and pension legislation. Erica has many payroll qualifications (IAB Level 3 in Computerised Payroll, IAB Level 3 in Manual Payroll, AAT Payroll Level 3). Her technical knowledge and many years of experience are a real benefit to clients with complex payroll requirements.

Outside of work Erica loves nothing more than spending valuable time with her family and close friends, preferably outdoors exploring the beaches and countryside around Cornwall.


Kymberley Wheeler

Payroll Supervisor

Kym joined FC Payroll Solutions in 2015 and has over five years’ experience providing payroll and auto enrolment services to clients. She has completed the level 3 CIPP course and is looking to start level 4 in the future. She loves a challenge and manages a number of the largest payroll clients in the Truro office.

Outside of work Kym is most happy at the beach, with her family and out with friends.

Eve Iunco - Payroll Senior Manager

Eve Iunco

Head of Payroll Services - West Region

Eve is Head of Payroll for the West Region and manages a large team of qualified and experienced specialists in both payroll and auto enrolment pensions. She is dedicated to providing a quality service to clients and is passionate about the importance of the payroll function within every industry.

Eve joined the firm in 2010 and has over 25 years’ experience in business, having previously been Managing Director of a high street kitchen retailer and Company Secretary of her family run business. Eve’s ethos is to constantly strive to further improve efficiencies within her department and embrace the new and ever changing landscape of the payroll sector.

Outside of work she is most relaxed being either in, on or under the sea. Trained to advanced scuba diver level, she loves nothing more than hovering over a coral mound watching the marine life go about its business.

Kate Fogarty - Experienced Payroller

Payroll Supervisor

Kate is a Payroll Supervisor and joined FC Payroll Solutions in 2017. Kate has over five years’ experience providing payroll services to clients of various sizes and has experience using different payroll software. She holds the CIPP’s Practitioner Certificate in Payroll.

Outside of work she enjoys nothing more than relaxing at home with her dogs and cats.

Claire Sanders - Experienced Payroller

Senior Payroll Administrator

Claire is a Senior Payroll Administrator based in our Torquay office and joined FC Payroll Solutions in 2015. Claire has over 15 years’ experience in payroll and administration within the healthcare industry and manages a diverse portfolio of payroll clients ranging in size and complexity. She is experienced in using a range of payroll software and has completed the Xero Payroll Certification Programme.

In 2015 Claire was awarded her O.A. Diploma (Introduction to Payroll Systems) and in 2017 she achieved her BTEC Level 4, Professional Certificate in Payroll Practice.

Outside of work Claire enjoys being active whether it’s karate, indoor climbing, running or gardening. But when it’s time to relax, there is nothing better than being at home with a good book and her pets.

Mandy Gardiner - Payroll Head at FC Payroll Solutions

Mandy Gardiner

Head of Payroll - East Region

Mandy heads up the Bacs registered payroll bureau based in Poole. She leads a team of specialist payroll professionals with over 128 years’ experience between them. The team have won national awards and offer an exceptional payroll and auto enrolment service for any employer who requires a payroll service.

Mandy joined FC Payroll Solutions in 2006 and has over seen the growth in the payroll offering and is always looking for ways to promote payroll and help clients. Mandy is an ambassador for payroll being recognised herself as a member of the top 50 nationally for payroll knowledge and experience, as well as ‘Best Boss’.

Away from the office Mandy enjoys spending time with her family and in her garden.

Dan Sykes - Team Leader at FC Payroll Solutions

Dan Sykes

Team Leader

Dan has over eight years of payroll experience and has been working within the bureau environment for the past five. He recently completed Level 4 Pearson BTEC Professional Diploma in Payroll Supervision and will be commencing Pearson BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Payroll Management. Dan is a Team Leader and heads up the schools and auto enrolment teams within FC Payroll Solutions.

Paul Fitzpatrick - Team Leader at FC Payroll Solutions

Paul Fitzpatrick

Team Leader

Paul has 25 years’ experience working within accounting and finance and has focused on payroll since 2001. Paul joined FC Payroll Solutions in 2011 as a payroll administrator and is now payroll team leader for the care home sector. With vast experience and industry knowledge, Paul can provide exceptional support to clients in any industry.
