Payroll professional nationally recognised
Mandy Gardiner, Head of Payroll Services at PW Payroll Solutions has been named in the ‘50 Leaders within Knowledge and Professional Service’ category in the ‘Reward 300 index’, an achievement that recognises and rewards the expert’s knowledge, specialism and dedication to the payroll sector.
2019 marks the 10 year anniversary of Reward 300, an index that celebrates individuals who have been identified as the most influential leaders and dedicated professionals working across payroll, HR, employee benefits, workplace pensions and associated sectors.
The rewards, which have been dubbed as the ‘Hall of Fame’ are formed from industry nominations and a selection of candidates that were put forward by Reward Strategy. The final 300 were decided with consultation from an independent steering committee of industry experts.
This is not the first time that Mandy has been nationally recognised, as she was awarded ‘Britain’s best payroll boss’ in the Payroll Awards in 2016.
Mandy joined PW Payroll Solutions in 2005 and heads up a team of 16 payroll professionals. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in payroll and all associated services.
Mandy Gardiner said “I am honoured to have received this award. Payroll is evolving with constant changes in legislation and is now seen as part of the main financial skillset required for any employer to run a successful business. This award would not have been possible without my team who all share my vision for the future.
Anne-Marie Gates, Director of PW Payroll Solutions said “This is a very well-deserved award for Mandy and is a testament to her knowledge and expertise – we are fortunate to have such talented people in our firm. We are all so proud of Mandy and the whole team at PW Payroll Solutions for their continual hard work and commitment to providing our clients with outstanding service.”
PW Payroll Solutions, owned by PKF Francis Clark, has been named twice before in The Reward 300 index in addition to Mandy’s recognition. The team have also previously taken away the title of ‘Team of the year’ at the 2016 National Payroll Awards.
