Awards recognition for payroll team

FC Payroll Solutions is in the running for three accolades at an industry awards event celebrating excellence in payroll, HR, pensions, reward and employee benefits.

With 38 staff based in Torquay, Truro and Poole, PKF Francis Clark’s commercial payroll bureau handles payrolls for more than 1,200 clients across the South West and beyond.

FC Payroll Solutions is shortlisted in the Specialist Payroll & HR Provider and Service Provider Team categories of The Rewards, while payroll services assistant Daryl Stubbs is a finalist for the Rising Star Award.

Torquay-based Daryl initially joined FC Payroll Solutions on an interim basis in June 2019 but found the work so rewarding that he decided to pursue a career in payroll. His enthusiasm, work ethic and ability to absorb information have impressed managers and clients alike, with one client commenting: “Daryl has been first class to deal with. He is attentive, helpful and always a pleasure to talk to on the phone. Nothing is ever too much trouble.”

Winners of The Rewards will be revealed at an online awards ceremony on Thursday, December 10.
